I don’t have any suggestions, really. But I can really empathize with the ‘nervous breakdown’ feeling(s).

You know, I do remember what happened. The first time I had The Best Insurance Ever and my shrink admitted me to this overly posh mental clinic and I thought that every mental hospital had three choices of meat, garden-fresh-veggies, a circa-1990’s salad bar (Are there still salad bars around? I’ve not been to anything but a drive-thru since 2005).

That last time I went in-patient, too. A State-run mental institution. I really don’t recommend one of those.

Okay, then, my suggestion: stay out of any kind of institution.

I need to rethink my husband being my rock. Because when he's not doing well I cash hard. I can't take care of everything by myself and I don't feel like I can talk to him about my feelings either. I'm sure when he starts feeling better my mood will improve. I just hate having to rely on him so much.

Last day of school before Christmas and so I thought I would have a day to myself. But two hours in, the school called and said my 8 year old was sick and needed to be picked up. Oh well at least I had a couple hours to myself.

My husband is feeling a bit better, so I'm just chillin in bed. Feels so good to be away from all the noise. I'm still having some dark thought but I think I'll be okay... at least I hope so. Hugs to all who have supported me. It means a lot to me.
