every time i relapse i had nervous breakdown.its so bad.it make depression and anxiety.some time i cant sleep and hearing voices.but before the relapse evetything was good.but i slip to my old habbit.how long it take to heal my brain whithout having another nervous breakdown?
i already went to two doctors but i didnt mention about my porn addiction they think deppression is the problem.what if i quit pmo forever.
