Terms and Conditions (revised & effective 06/01/2017)
FLAT RATE SHIPPING: FOB DALLAS, TX (effective 06/01/2017) based on destination and stock on hand. We ship via FEDEX
GROUND or UPS GROUND. Flat rate freight charges are added to invoice unless customer provides freight account information
at the time order is placed. Truck freight shipments are sent “Freight Collect” unless prepayment is specified, and then added to
invoice. Flat rate fees are determined quarterly.
Find It Games $18 per case
All other games $15 per case
Freight charges capped at $60
LABELING & SPECIAL HANDLING: Costs associated with labeling and/or special handling will be added to your invoice.
TERMS: Credit card prepayment required. Net 30 available for approved accounts only. Late payments subject to an additional charge
of 1.5% per month and loss of terms. There is a $40 fee charge for checks returned unpaid. Effective immediately, credit cards are
required to be kept on file for all orders. Credit card numbers will be saved in Identity Games secure server. Customers with terms
will be charged for their order if payment has not been received 10 days after their invoice due date.
PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice.
NEW ACCOUNTS: All orders subject to acceptance or rejection by Identity Games International USA.
BACK ORDERS: Back orders (B/O) will be shipped as soon as available unless we are instructed otherwise.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received seven (7) days prior to shipping.
RETURNS: All sales are final. Defective merchandise will be replaced or returned only with prior authorization.
Returns may be charged a 25% restocking fee at Identity Games International USA’s discretion.
CLAIMS: Claims for shortages and discrepancies must be reported within five (5) days from receipt of shipment.
In the event the buyer/purchaser fails to make full payment for the Products and/or Services specified by Identity Games International
USA in its payment terms, and the account is forced into collection with an outside agency, Buyer shall be liable for a 25% penalty fee,
plus all costs incurred by the collection company including but not limited to the costs of collection agencies and reasonable attorney’s
fees incurred by Identity Games International USA.
This agreement shall be considered to have been made in the state of Washington and shall be interpreted in accordance with the
laws and regulations of the state of Washington. Furthermore, both parties agree to Washington jurisdiction in any action, suit or
proceeding arising out of this agreement.
