At USA Healthcare we focus on quality service and quality care to each resident.  We work one-on-one with each resident to design an individualized plan of care with our Team of certified professionals.  Our Inter-Disciplinary Team coordinates and care plans services for each resident’s individual needs and abilities.

Each USA facility is a Federal/State Licensed Facility and Medicare/Medicaid certified.  We are active members of the American Health Care Association and the Alabama Nursing Home Association.
