Yep, Uni TV has signed on to develop the acclaimed Image Comic series “Sex Criminals,” by Matt Fraction and Chip Zdarsky, for a screen near you.

“I’m super-excited for this deal,” Zdarsky told The Post’s Comic Riffs, “and look forward to having real people simulate the semi-erotic things that Matt and I depict in the book.

“But no matter how exciting this is,” the Canadian artist continued, deadpan, “I will never forget or ignore my true passion: dance.”

The “Sex Criminals” adaptation is part of a two-year deal that Fraction and his marital co-superpower of a comics-maker, Kelly Sue DeConnick, inked with Universal to adapt their stories, both published and original.

The trophy case for “Sex Criminals” — centering on the exploits of a librarian and her actor partner — includes Eisner and Harvey awards.

Besides his embarrassment of great Image and Marvel titles, Fraction consulted on “Iron Man 2″ and wrote an episode of FX’s “Archer.”

The Eisner-nominated DeConnick (Captain Marvel, Bitch Planet) is the first woman to write an Avengers run.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
