A teen accused of raping his 8-year-old niece was slapped with four felony charges during his arraignment in Brooklyn Criminal Court, a criminal complaint shows.
The 17-year-old creep was charged with two sex abuse counts and two rape counts, including rape in the first degree, during his arraignment Monday.
His name is being withheld by the Daily News to protect the identity of the young victim.
