How to put a colored border around an image, or text.

       To put one color border around an image, or text, you need to use a
       table code.
       Here is the code:

       For more layers to your border just repete the table tags, how ever
       many times you need to, and closing table tags to match. Meaning,
       if you use two
<table bgcolor="red" border="10"><TR><TD><table bgcolor="red" border="10"><TR><T
D>
       to have a double border, you would have to use two closing tags as
       well.

       Example for two borders:

       To use a background intead of a color:

       Play around with the border= number to get the size you wish. The
       higher the number, the wider your frame.
