Her ambition is born of a desire to create relaxed, living and feminine clothing. She has imagined a fashion of structured silhouettes and geometric lines. [photo01.jpg] BILITIS Romanticism and nostalgia are de rigueur for this attractive Japanese brand that is renewing the genre. Launched in 2001, Bilitis is inspired by the savoir-faire of European lace-makers to reinterpret it in its own manner. The brand oscillates between the elegance of a woman and the insouciance of an adolescent. [photo02.jpg] HISUI Originally from Japan, the designer Hiroko Ito began his career with Comme des Garçons before launching his own brand, Hisui, in 1999. The concept of this original brand is to translate his sentiments through clothing, from which comes his investigation into cut and fluidity of materials, and a particular approach to the harmony of colors. TOYWATCH Created by two enthusiasts of collectors’ watches - Mara Poletti and Marco Mavilla –ToyWatch is a brand of watches in polycarbonate, designed and created with a desire for originality. With success: the models have become “it” watches, and can be found on the wrists of Madonna, Uma Thurman and also Michelle Obama. MY SUELLY An unusual pair that complement each other well. Adélaide Salvi, stylist and fashion editor, and Géraldine Cohen, currently the image director of Tara Jarmon.
