Description:
My client, an FTSE listed company who are the largest and fastest growing online recruitment business in the UK, and a Top 10 player in its sector worldwide are looking for a Dutch speaking Online Marketing Manager to work on their Amsterdam site.



The key functions of this position will be to -



• Conceive and project-manage the roll out of consumer brand awareness and direct response campaigns through the optimal mix of online channels, as appropriate to reach and engage with the target audience. Ensure messaging and targeting requirements are met, and ads are delivered on time.

• By working closely with the 'Marketing Services' team, assist with the implementation of an effective Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation strategy, including communication of business requirements to inform ongoing campaign optimisation, budget allocation and campaign analysis.

• Directly manage the output of partnering agencies for media buying, planning and creative production that deliver on brand objectives and maximise jobseeker response.

• Conduct post-campaign analysis and produce performance reports for individual campaigns as well as for the monthly jobseeker acquisition and retention channels, as instructed by the Head of Marketing. Synthesise and communicate performance to line manager, team members and wider business stakeholders.

• Work closely to the Head of Marketing and other members of the marketing team to research and monitor competitor landscapes, quantify market share, gather intelligence and identify any new and relevant advertising avenue.

• Mentor and provide guidance on online marketing activities to other team members



The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills -



• Educated to degree level, preferably with a marketing-related degree/qualifications

• Online media savvy – a minimum of three to five years spent working with online products

• Channel management: proficient knowledge of SEO, SEM, online advertising and agency management

• Comfortable with analytics, tagging and how to measure campaign performance

• Brand-aware – able to work with creative suppliers to deliver compelling messages

• Able to translate detailed performance and statistics in to business-ready presentations

• People management experience a plus

• Highly detailed and organised individual with strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and a keen interest in business

• Self-motivated and results-driven person who will be determined and proactive in their effort to maximise the reach of brand and ensure it grows its market share in the Dutch market

• A clear thinker who can handle pressure and work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a 'can do' attitude

• A good communicator at all levels in the business

• Confident individual who enjoys a challenge and is not afraid of 'change' as a key pre-requisite to thrive and succeed in this incredibly fast-moving environment

• Fluent English & Dutch speaker
