   Barrage sur le Couesnon

   Le nouveau barrage sera le premier des travaux engagés fin 2005. Conçu
   pour gérer efficacement les chasses du Couesnon, le nouvel ouvrage
   générera des chasses au jusant, pour redonner aux abords du Mont leur

   technique, architecturale et environnementale. Il résulte d'une
   observation fine du site et propose une réponse parfaitement adaptée.
   Discret et élégant, le nouveau barrage utilisera des techniques
   parfaitement éprouvées et fiables. Huit vannes-secteurs permettront
   les opérations de remplissage et de chasse. Chacune sera actionnée par
--
   viendra y assister au ballet des marées et à l'arrivée du
   [28]mascaret... On y constatera, dans le temps, l'évolution du paysage
   sous l'action des chasses. Le jeu des vannes, la mécanique du barrage
   constitueront en soi de véritables sources de curiosité.
